Stockiest Business Agreement

1) RULES AND REGULATIONS

The STOCKIEST shall always adhere to the Rules and Regulations set by the COMPANY. The STOCKIEST shall also abide and follow all the operation policies set in the Stockiest Manual which may be revised from time to time by the COMPANY.

2) FARMGREAT STOCKIEST REQUIREMENTS

  • A. An office space that can contain chairs for seminars of at least 20 people, computers, and shelves/ showcase for your product display.
  • B. A visible address with a signpost
  • C. The STOCKIEST shall have a computer literate secretary and a computer (laptop) for a business transaction.
  • D. The STOCKIEST shall sign up at www.greatvantage.org as an associate of FarmGreat West Africa LLC., gets his account activated, and may later upgrade to any higher package rank value that meets his desired stockiest class.

THE INTENDING STOCKIEST SHALL FILL THIS STOCKIEST AGREEMENT FORM, SIGNED WITH A STAMP DUTY FROM THE COMPETENT COURT OF JURISDICTION, AND SUBMIT IT FOR REVIEW AND COMPANY APPROVAL. UPON APPROVAL, A LATER OF AUTHORITY/ APPOINTMENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THE STOCKIEST.

STOCKIEST CLASSES, JURISDICTION, STAKE, AND COMMISSIONS

The COMPANY offers three categories of Stockiest, these categories are:

  1. City Stockiest.
  2. State/ Province’s Stockiest.
  3. Country Stockiest.

City Stockiest shall pay and order a minimum of products worth 3, 350 USD (N 2,010,000), and shall sell and supply products within the city’s jurisdiction, as shall be mapped in the authority letter.

State/ Province Stockiest shall pay and order a minimum of products worth 8,350 USD (N5,010,000), and shall sell and supply products within the State/ Province’s jurisdiction, as shall be mapped in the authority letter.

Country Stockiest shall pay and order a minimum of products worth 13,500,000 USD (N 8,100,000), and shall sell and supply products within the Country’s jurisdiction, as shall be mapped in the authority letter. 

CITY Stockiest Commissions and Bonus

STOCKIEST KICK-OFF COMMISSION.4% of your order value will be awarded to you, after one week of receiving your order.

  1. STOCKIEST’S BUSINESS PROMOTION BONUS.4 percent Business Promotion Bonus of monthly personal qualifying volume to Stockiest, a cumulative will be paid to Stockiest on the 28th day of every month. Each PQV is valued at 0.07 USD.

  2. Potential earning: If your sales generate 5,000 PQV (personal qualifying Volume) in a week, 0.07 shall be multiplied by 5,000 = 350 USD. 

  3. SERVICE COMMISSION. 2.0 USD for every pick-up product made by member Associates at his business office, and earn 3.0 USD for every successful home delivery dispatched service made within the class of jurisdiction.

Potential earning: If your sales generate 1,000 Pick-Up in a week, 2.0 USD shall be multiplied by 1,000 = 2000 USD, and 3000 USD if applied to home delivery dispatched.

STATE/ PROVINCE Stockiest Commissions and Bonus

STOCKIEST KICK-OFF COMMISSION.8% of your order value will be awarded to you, after one week of receiving your order.

  1. 1% GREAT STOCKIEST COMMISSION. 1 percent of all the City’s Stockiest order value made under your jurisdiction will be paid to you immediately after such order is dispatched. Potential earning: If FarmGreat City’s Stockiest in your State/ Province are 6 in number and they respectively made an order worth 3, 350 USD in a week; you will earn 1% from their orders, 33.5 multiply by 6 = 201 in a week, and will continue to earn as their goods are replenished.

  2. STOCKIEST’S BUSINESS PROMOTION BONUS.4 percent Business Promotion Bonus of monthly personal qualifying volume to Stockiest, a cumulative will be paid to Stockiest on the 28th day of every month. Each PQV is valued at 0.07 USD. Potential earning: If your sales generate 5,000 PQV (personal qualifying Volume) in a week, 0.07 shall be multiplied by 5,000 = 350 USD, and will continue to earn as their goods are replenished. 

  3. SERVICE COMMISSION. 2.0 USD for every pick-up product made by member Associates at his business office, and earn 3.0 USD for every successful home delivery dispatched service made within the class of jurisdiction. Potential earning: If your sales generate 1,000 Pick-Up in a week, 2.0 USD shall be multiplied by 1,000 = 2000 USD, and 3000 USD if applied to home delivery dispatched. 

COUNTRY Stockiest Commissions and Bonus 

  1. STOCKIEST KICK-OFF COMMISSION.10% of your order value will be awarded to you, after one week of receiving your order.

    1% GREAT STOCKIEST COMMISSION. 1 percent of all the City’s Stockiest order value made under your jurisdiction will be paid to you immediately after such order is dispatched.Potential earning: If FarmGreat City’s Stockiest in your Country are 500 in number and they respectively made an order worth 3, 350 USD in a week; you will earn 1% from their orders, 33.5 multiplied by 500 = 16, 500 USD in a week, and will continue to earn as their goods are replenished.

  2. STOCKIEST’S BUSINESS PROMOTION BONUS.5 percent Stockiest Business Promotion Bonus of monthly personal qualifying volume to Stockiest, a cumulative will be paid to Stockiest on the 28th day of every month. Each PQV is valued at 0.07 USD. Potential earning: If your sales generate 200,000 PQV (personal qualifying Volume) in a week, 0.07 shall be multiplied by 200,000 = 14,000 USD, and will continue to earn as their goods are replenished.

SERVICE COMMISSION. 2.0 USD for every pick-up product made by member Associates at his business office, and earn 3.0 USD for every successful home delivery dispatched service made within the class of jurisdiction. Potential earning: If your sales generate 10,000 Pick-Up in a week, 2.0 USD shall be multiplied by 10,000 = 20,000 USD, and 30,000 USD if applied to home delivery dispatched.  

Other Benefits For All Classes Of Stockiest Are:

  1. Company roll-up standing banner of respective products
  2. Products promotional Flyers and stickers
  3. Stockiest’s Name, Location, Address, and Business Phone No. will be published on our website.
  4. Special training and supports

4) DEPOSIT & CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

STOCKIEST will make payment in favor of the COMPANY (FarmGreat West Africa LLC) to any of these designated Bank Accounts:

  1. Payment has to be strictly made in any of the above COMPANY’s bank accounts! (Do NOT Pay Cash).
  2. After payment, STOCKIEST will raise a ticket from his business home page, attach the proof of payment, and advise the COMPANY to credit his P-Wallet.
  3. The COMPANY reserves the right to impose any credit limit on the STOCKIEST if the need arises.
  4. The STOCKIEST guarantees the COMPANY for the full payment of any amount due to the COMPANY.

5) PRODUCTS REQUISITION PROTOCOL

       1.  The STOCKIEST shall fund the P-Wallet.

       2.  The STOCKIEST can pay via web pay, M-Cash, or from the E-Wallet.

       3.  The STOCKIEST shall place an order at the business homepage, order value shall meet the desired STOCKIEST business class.

       4.  The STOCKIEST can upgrade from any lower STOCKIEST business class to a higher class by ordering the product value of the differential amount between the current STOCKIEST business class to the desired STOCKIEST business class.

6) DELIVERY TERMS

       1. The Company will supply products with 18 months minimum shave-life.

       2.  The STOCKIEST shall inspect all products supplied on delivery and shall report any discrepancies within two (2) days with photographic evidence of the goods, and return the defective products within eight (3) days after reporting. Failures to do so, all products delivered are deemed to have been delivered in good and merchantable conditions. All tampering, theft loss, or damage to the product after being received by the STOCKIEST shall be borne by the STOCKIEST.

7) EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

       a)   STOCKIEST shall not return products and request for refund of the deposit.

       b)   STOCKIEST shall not return expired products and request for refund of the deposit.

       c)   The COMPANY police on product return applicable to retail consumers who signed up and ordered products from our websites. 

8) OPERATIONS

The STOCKIEST shall operate and carry out the business strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of the COMPANY, to deliver and supply products to Member Associates and customers on two verified authentications:

  1. Stockiest shall only purchase products directly from FarmGreat West Africa LLC. Head Office
  2. The STOCKIEST will sponsor the launch of his FarmGreat Business in his jurisdiction.
  3. Stockiest shall validate Product Order Invoice from Member Associate/ customer in comparison with COMPANY’s Order Dispatched Approval report before delivery of the product(s).
  4. Make phone contact with the customer with a home delivery order before dispatching.
  5. The COMPANY will Replenish sold products weekly, two weeks intervals, or monthly based on sales volume, to maintain product availability.

9) THE STOCKIEST REPORTS

Maintain an accurate and true record of all gross sales and purchases made each month. Stockiest shall maintain a clear statistical ledger of all dispatched products to Member Associate and customers, and should be made available to COMPANY on request for review.

 

11) GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

a)   Subject to this agreement, the right is granted to the STOCKIEST to operate and carry on the business at the appointed location.

b)  Should the need arise or the STOCKIEST is unable to meet the target, another stockiest will be appointed to join in the carryout business in that area.

c)   Any relocation of the stockiest center is subject to the approval of the COMPANY and the request must be submitted to the COMPANY two (2) months in advance.

d)   A STOCKIEST of a lower class can be appointed a STOCKIEST in the jurisdiction of a STOCKIEST with a higher class, while a STOCKIEST of the higher class earns a commission from the sale made by a STOCKIEST of a lower class as given above.

e)   A STOCKIEST of a higher class can be appointed a STOCKIEST in the jurisdiction of a STOCKIEST with a lower class, while a STOCKIEST of the higher class earns a commission from the sale made by a STOCKIEST of a lower class as given above.

g)   General Guild line for the territory of each STOCKIEST is not more than ONE Stockiest within a diameter of 40KM in each STOCKIEST location.

12) ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

a)  The STOCKIEST will participate in all advertising and promotional activities as directed by the COMPANY and shall fully cooperate with the COMPANY.

b)  The STOCKIEST is not allowed to conduct any advertising and promotion on its own without prior approval from the COMPANY.

c)   If STOCKIEST runs its promotion, STOCKIEST should not make unrealistic products and income claims, and therapeutic solutions to the public.

13) UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE

STOCKIEST may require the STOCKIEST at the expense of the STOCKIEST to ensure that the premises are improved, refurbished, maintained, and kept clean at all times in a manner satisfactory to the COMPANY.

14) RIGHTS OF INSPECTION

The STOCKIEST shall permit the COMPANY, its employees, agents, or representatives, with or without a prior appointment to visit the premises (if any) and carry out a physical stock check and inspection of records whenever necessary. The inspector will formally be introduced to the STOCKIEST.

15) PRODUCTS AND MARKETING MATERIALS

       a)   The STOCKIEST shall handle and display the products and promotional material in a manner satisfactory to the COMPANY.

       b)  All marketing materials delivered to or held by the STOCKIEST on behalf of the COMPANY shall remain the sole and absolute property of the COMPANY.

       c)   The STOCKIEST shall be liable for all goods supplied by the company and goods at their premises.

d)   The COMPANY shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, damages incurred or suffered by the STOCKIEST resulting from non-availability or late delivery of products.

e)   All products delivered shall be stored at such locations and under such conditions as may be approved by the COMPANY at the premises or elsewhere.

 f)   COMPANY has the right to remove any slow-moving products from the list, with one month’s notice.

16) NON-COMPETITION

The STOCKIEST agrees and undertakes that:-

a)   Not to conduct or permit any other direct selling or competitors’ business directly or indirectly at the premises approved for FarmGreat West Africa LLC. STOCKIEST outlet 

d)  All business documents and promotional material issued to the STOCKIEST (as may be determined by the COMPANY) property, and shall be for the purpose of sales of FarmGreat West Africa LLC only.

c)   The STOCKIEST shall not in any way use such documents/ materials for any purpose other than authorized by the COMPANY and is fully aware that any misuse of such documents is a wrongful act and may also constitute a criminal offense punishable by law.

c)   The COMPANY has the right to suspend/ terminate the business account of a STOCKIEST and to claim any damages or losses incurred arising from the misuse of such documents/ materials.

17) TERMINATION OF BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP WITH FARMGREAT WEST AFRICA LLC BY THE STOCKIEST

The termination of this agreement with FarmGreat West Africa LLC is subject to the followings:-

a)   For a breach of contract by the STOCKIEST, the COMPANY reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the appointment of the Stockiest from the STOCKIEST with immediate effect.

b)   In the event a STOCKIEST wishes to terminate this agreement; written notice of thirty (30) days is to be given in advance.

c)   STOCKIEST shall apply for termination/ withdrawal of interest from FarmGreat STOCKIEST business and submit the application hardcopy to FarmGreat West Africa LLC. Head Office, and further email a soft copy through his business home page ticket.

d)  The STOCKIEST fails to acquire and commence business within a period of one (1) month from the date of an official appointment later as a STOCKIEST.

e)   The STOCKIEST fails to pay when due any amount which is to be paid to the COMPANY.

f)    The STOCKIEST fails to operate the business in accordance with the specification of the COMPANY.

g)   The STOCKIEST shall become insolvent by reason of its inability to pay its debts as they fall due.

h)   The STOCKIEST gives to the COMPANY any false or misleading information or makes any misrepresentation and engages in any conduct prejudicial to the business in the opinion of the COMPANY.

i)    The COMPANY shall be entitled to enter upon the premises or other location where the products or other goods are stored and may retake possession in the event of termination of this Agreement if the need arises.

j)   The stockiest is not transferable and non-assignable whether directly or indirectly to any third party.

k) Upon termination of this Agreement for any cause or by any means whatsoever, the STOCKIEST shall not thereafter either personally or by an agent or by letters/circulars or advertisement whether on behalf of any other person/firm or solicit orders from or in any way interfere with any person or company who has been a customer of the COMPANY.

l)    Upon termination of this Agreement for any cause or by any means whatsoever, the COMPANY will no longer replenish the STOCKIEST order, hence, STOCKIEST will sale-off his stuck by himself.

m)   STOCKIEST can initiate negotiation with the COMPANY to inspect and buy off the unsold stock by applying for buying-off of unsold stock.

n)   COMPANY can inspect the proposed stuck and propose an amount they wish to pay in consideration that commission and benefits have been paid on the stuck.

o)   Upon agreement of the section No.17 n) part, STOCKIEST, shall return the stuck to FarmGreat West Africa LLC. Head office and Payment will be made to STOCKIEST’s bank account.

p)   STOCKIEST will return all properties of FarmGreat West Africa LLC. At his custody to FarmGreat West Africa LLC. Head office.

q)   Without prejudice to any remedy which may have been made by the STOCKIEST for the breach or non-performance of this Agreement, the COMPANY shall have the right to terminate the appointment of the STOCKIEST as Stockiest.

r)   Upon termination for whatever reason stated above the STOCKIEST must immediately return all unpaid products, if any, or materials belonging to the COMPANY. Fix your recent Passport Photograph, sign your signature at the back of your Passport Photograph
